Choose Your
Format

Two ways to train: one-on-one with your dedicated trainer, or alongside a small group. Both run on a recurring weekly schedule, both are built from your evaluation, and both are matched to your position, role and competitive calendar. Pricing is shared after your evaluation.

Individual Training

One-On-One

Every session is yours. One trainer, one athlete, programming written for you and adjusted session by session.

Individual · 3x / Week

3 Sessions Per Week

You train three times a week one-on-one with your dedicated trainer. Best for sustained in-season development or steady off-season volume.

Book Evaluation

Individual · 4x / Week

4 Sessions Per Week

You train four times a week one-on-one with your dedicated trainer. Best for athletes preparing for camp, the season or a return to play.

The same coaching standard in a shared setting, with athletes grouped by level so the work stays competitive.

Group · Small Group

Small Group Training

You train in a small group led by a CIBA trainer. Competitive reps against athletes at your level, at a lower cost per session than one-on-one.

Group · Homeschool

Homeschool Program

Small-group training scheduled during standard school hours, built for homeschool athletes who can train while the gym is open and quiet.

Questions

Frequently
Asked

Do I need to book the evaluation before starting a package?
Yes. Every engagement begins with a $150 paid evaluation. Programming and package recommendations come out of the evaluation, not out of a sales call.
Where is training held?
Sessions are delivered in person at DNA Sports Academy, 1011 Rancho Conejo Boulevard, Thousand Oaks, CA 91320, in the greater Los Angeles area.
Do you offer group training?
Yes. Alongside one-on-one packages we run small-group training and a homeschool program, with athletes grouped by level. We do not run clinics or drop-ins, and every athlete starts with the same paid evaluation.
Who is CIBA for?
Committed basketball players at any stage of the game. High school players working for varsity minutes or a college look, NCAA athletes, overseas and G-League pros, and NBA roster players. What qualifies you is the commitment to show up on a recurring schedule and train, not the level you play at today. CIBA is not set up for casual fitness work or drop-in training.
Can I switch trainers mid-package?
No. Dedicated-trainer continuity is a core principle. One trainer runs the package for the duration.
